• A-  Showing rental units to prospective tenants

• B-  Place for rent signs “supplied by property owner” and Remove For Rent Signs

• C-   Providing applications and lease forms

• D-  Receiving applications and leases for submission to the owner

• E-  Collection of rents or security deposits which are made payable to the owner and forwarding in a timely manner

• F- Handle distribute and scheduling of maintenance or repairs, using property owners guidelines as far as their repair contacts or ours and overseeing to completion.

• G- Furnishing published information, that may be required by law.

• H- Do a drive by of the outside of property once or twice a month for inspection (supply pictures for $5.00 additional)

• I- Change A/C filter once a month (owner supply’s filter)

• J- Clerical or administrative support
